By accessing or using Options Logix, including our Pro Plan services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Options Logix provides tools for recording and analyzing options trades. Services include:

• Unlimited trade journaling
• Bulk import via Excel and Robinhood CSV
• Live positions dashboard
• Calendar view with profit/loss summaries
• Custom alerts via email and SMS
• Advanced filtering and report generation
• AI-powered trade insights and recommendations

3. Pro Plan

Our Pro Plan is available for $9/month and unlocks all premium features listed above. By subscribing, you authorize Options Logix to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and using the platform.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• You must not misuse the service to conduct unauthorized or unlawful trading activities.

5. No Financial Advice

Options Logix does not provide investment advice or recommendations. The tools and insights provided are for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any trades made based on the information recorded or viewed through our platform.

6. Data and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your data. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your information is stored, used, and shared.

7. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel your plan at any time via your account settings. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused features.

8. SMS and Email Alerts

If you enable custom alerts, you consent to receiving transactional messages related to your trades. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may update these Terms periodically and encourage you to review them regularly.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Options Logix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Utah. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Utah.
