We retain user and trade data for as long as the account is active. Deleted accounts are purged after 30 days.

All passwords are stored hashed. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

6. Trade Data Handling and Financial Information

We store trade data including strategy types (e.g., spreads, iron condors), position details, P/L, and margin usage.

This data is private to your account and is never exposed to others, marketed, or reused beyond your own dashboard and reporting features.

7. Third-Party Integrations

Optional integrations like Robinhood imports require your explicit upload or permission. Use of those services is governed by their privacy policies as well.

8. Children's Privacy

Options Logix is not intended for use by children under age 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
